Enforcement
The Office of Labor Standards Enforcement (OLSE) conducts enforcement through a number of programs. Our current enforcement programs include the Food Permit Enforcement Program and the County Contracts Enforcement Program.
Under development for future implementation are the Santa Clara County Business License Program. OLSE leads the County's data collection and research initiatives relating to the advancement of labor standards.

- Workplace Retaliation
- County of Santa Clara Contracts Enforcement
