The Office of Labor Standards Enforcement was created to increase workplace equity and establish a fair and healthy economy for workers, businesses, and residents. OLSE ‘s activities engage workers and businesses in our community on topics such as workers' rights, wage theft, retaliation, sexual harassment and assault, business compliance, wages and hour laws, and human and labor trafficking.
